Cargol Treu Vi

The 2023 Cargol Treu Vi is the second wine, produced from a single vineyard in a slightly more oxidative style. The Xarel.lo grapes macerated with the skins overnight, then were pressed and fermented in barrel, where it matured for one year in smaller and lightly toasted barrels. It has aromas of white and yellow fruit, flowers and aromatic herbs but with very integrated oak. This is a white for the table, more powerful, with a little more ripeness (12.5%) with faint tannins, dry and serious. All the wines ferment with indigenous yeasts. 2,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2024, after the harvest.
