Très bon vin de Navarre. J'aime tester d'autres vins en dehors des Rioja et surtout ce millésime 2013 vaut le coup. Puissant, tanins agréables, longueur dans la bouche; donc tout c qu'il faut pour un bons Espagnol rouge!

Petit vin de Castlla y Léon, qu'Alejandro Fernandez qui nous a fait connaître en visitant ses caves. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

A great wine.

Not as good as the 2007, however, but still great value. Lovely musky fruit and chewy tannins. Maybe needs a little more time. My bottle had a very large amount of sediment in it, so perhaps it was from the end of a barrel. However this was not a problem except that I lost a little more than usual whilst decanting, which is essential. Still one of my favourites.

Robust yet subtle red

This is a lesser-known cousin of the famous Pesquera made by Alejandro Fernandez. It's bold yet has soft tannins, a hint of vanilla. The ageing in oak doesn't overpower, has been done with a subtle touch. From the same area as Toro - this is an old favourite of mine, a great alternative to Rioja.

Reliable producer

I have been a fan of Alejandro Fernandez for many years and none of his wines have disappointed yet. This example is soft, fruity, smooth with a clean finish and is very good value. his daughters are following on in his footsteps,Very reliable so I will continue to buy!
