La Cabeza de Perro Blanco

The "orange" 2021 La Cabeza de Perro Blanco was produced with a blend of 60% Palomino, 30% Doña Blanca and 10% Godello from local growers, and it fermented with skins for seven days and matured in used French oak barrels for five months. It has the classical golden color and notes of dry apricots and quince, a dry mouthfeel and a tasty finish. It has moderate alcohol at 12%, with good freshness and acidity. 2,700 bottles were filled in October 2022.
